Outdoor Areas
With private surrounding garden and pool, the Villa offers wide outdoor areas for sunbathing, dining and barbecue.
The Villa also offers private parking for four cars.
In order to guarantee privacy and peace to the guests, the owners have a private area in the back of the house.
Ground floor
The ground floor features a wide open space with a comfortably-furnished living room with a big flat screen TV and two big sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee machine and an elegant dining room.
There is also a bathroom with toilet and bidet.
First floor
The first floor features four spacious and elegan bedrooms. All of them have flat screen TV and air conditioning.
Two bedrooms have a double and a single bed, one has one double bed (with the possibility to add a cot) and the largest one has a double bed and two single beds.
Three of the four batrooms of the Villa are on this floor. Two have a shower and one, ensuite, has a large jacuzzi with lights and music.
The property provides towels and bed linen for all guests.
The Villa can accommodate up to 14 people, 12 in the four bedrooms of the first floor and 2 in the sofa bed on the ground floor.
